> 2 ounces of Ranch dressing, Mayonnaise, Mustard, or condiment of choice
> 1 ounce of Olive Oil
> 2-3 Tsp of your favorite powdered or crushed seasonings (salt, pepper, Tumeric, Mint, etc.)

Set your oven broiler to 350 degrees while you clean, dice, slice and sauté fresh vegetables in olive oil on the stove, just enough to soften. Add seasonings as desired. Then spread a layer of the mixture on each Tortillas. Roll up the stuffed tortillas into a tube. Cut into 4 to 6 Pinwheels. Place pieces on serving platter and garnish with a Spinach leaf or sprig of Mint. Recipe makes 16-20 Pinwheels (feeds 3-4 people)
