Ingredients::

> 2 cups fresh strawberries, a few sliced and/or whole berries for garnish
> 12 oz. of pink or regular lemonade (sugar-free is recommended)
> 12 oz. non-alcoholic ginger beer
> 1 Tbsp. of Organic Honey
> 1 Tsp. Blood Orange extract, or Lemon extract
> 1 Tsp. of Shaved Fresh Ginger
> Mint Sprigs or Edible Flowers, for Garnish

How you do it!

Steps::
1. Place strawberries and shaved ginger into a large glass measuring cup; mash with a muddler or wooden spoon until very juicy. You will add organic honey to the mixture at some point, depending upon your choice of a low-pulp or full-pulp option.
> For a low-pulp option, do not add the honey to the mashed mix, but place a fine strainer over the top of a large pitcher or two glasses/jars, and press the strawberries firmly into the strainer to express as much juice as possible. Then add the organic honey to the strawberry juice and stir briskly until the honey is mixed. Pour the sweet mixture into the bottom of a pitcher, or into two 16-oz. Mason Jars or glasses – equally dividing the mixture between the two.
> For a full-flavored pulp option, mash the strawberries and ginger together with the organic honey and do not strain, but transfer the thick strawberry mash with a spoon into the bottom of the pitcher (or two individual glasses/jars).
4. Fill the pitcher or glasses 1/2 of the way with Ice, covering the strawberries (mash or juice).
5. Then, rinse your mixing container, and add pink lemonade and , NA ginger beer, or Sparking water with the orange or lemon extract and stir briskly by hand, or use a hand mixer, until the extract is disolved (1-2 minutes).
6. Then slowly pour the refreshing mixture over the top of strawberry mash or juice, so that the strawberries remain on the bottom, to create a layering effect.
7. Garnish with edible flowers, sliced and/or whole berries or other fruit, and mint sprigs. Add one or two straws, or even a teaspoon, so you can feast on the sweetness of the strawberry mash at the bottom.
