Orange Sunrise or Protein Orange Sunrise

CITRUS SUNRISE COOLER

> 10 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
> 4 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
> 4 oz. Sprite/ Diet Sprite or Sparkling water
> 1 oz. Organic Protien Powder (optional)
> 1 oz. Organic Lime Juice
> 2 Tsp. Organic Lemon Juice (or from fresh)
> 2 Tsp Organic Honey
> 1 Medium Orange (cut in 1/2)
> 1 Medium Lemon (cut in 1/2)
> 2 fresh mint leaf
> 2 Cups of Cubed Ice (on the rocks)
Serves two 12 oz. mocktails

This deliciously citrus mocktail can be enjoyed any time of day — morning breakfast, lucious lunch, or refreshing evening sipper. To start off, cut your orange and lemon in quarters. Shave some of the rinds for garnishment. Into a large shaker container (at least 30 ounches) add orange and pineapple juice, Sprite or Sparkling water, Squeeze 1/4 of the lemon, 1/4 of the lime, Organic honey and Protien Powder of choice (optional). Shake for about 2 minutes, until well mixed. Pour into two 12-ounce cocktails and garnish with sliced lemon or orange, and fresh mint leaf. Enjoy your healthy day!
