CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE RECIPE
> 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Cocoa
> 20 oz. Milk of Choice
> 1/2 cup of Dark or Milk Chocolate Chips
> 4 Tbsp. Marshmallow Cream or 4 Lg. Mashmallow
> 2 Tbsp. Whipped Cream
> 2 Tbsp. Chopped Pecans
> 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
> 2 Tsp Sugar Substiture (Honey, Agave, or other)
> 2-3 Cups Cubed Ice (Shaken or Blended)
Serves two 12 oz. mocktails
This is how you do it!
Frozen Blended: In a blender, mix 3 cups of ice, Cocoa and Milk, Sugar Substitute, and Vanilla Extract, mix well. Add 4 tablespoons of Marshmallows or Cream. Mix well until creamy smooth. Add Chocolate chips and Pecans. Blend on low for a short time, just enough to mix, but not crush. Pour into two 12-ounce clear glasses and topped with Whipped Cream. Serves two 12-ounce mocktails. Use 1/2 to 1 Tbsp of extra Cocoa for a darker, richer chocolate. If you would like to blend some Marshmallow cream with Whipped Cream to make a thicker, creamier topping. Garnish with chocolate chips, pecans, cookies, or whatever your heart desires. Enjoy!
